Mildred Reyes is known as one of the Latina Real Estate professionals with more experience in the Stamford area and Fairfield County, CT. She became a Real Estate Broker in 2018 and joined a local Real Estate brokerage in Stamford CT. In 2021 she became number one in sales and volume in her office. She started her own team, MRE Properties, a team of five bilingual English/Spanish Agents. The MRE Properties Team is led and trained by Mildred to cover the areas of Fairfield County, and the entire state of CT and NY. Before joining her office, she worked at corporate level in Banking/Finance and previously had owned her own mortgage brokerage in Stamford for more than fifteen years. Her experience in different sectors of the Real Estate field has led Mildred to become one of the most complete leaders in the industry. Mrs. Reyes is a proud Latina of her culture and language. Early in her career, Mrs. Reyes worked for prestigious financial Real Estate companies in the private sector, such as Greenwich Capital Market (GCM), in Greenwich CT.; where she established relationships with important franchise chains and senior executives in the commercial loan industry business. Mrs. Reyes was one of the first Hispanic women, in the 1990s, to own a mortgage company in the state of Connecticut. She has been living in Stamford CT for almost thirty years. Mrs. Reyes is a pioneer on educating the community, in Spanish and English, providing seminars for first time homeowners and previously on mortgages. Mrs. Reyes was one of the founders and board members of the Greater Stamford Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and few years later she became president. Mrs. Reyes has a degree in Business Administration and Finance of the University of New Haven. Mildred Reyes is from Guaynabo Puerto Rico and moved to the United States in the late eighties,
In 2023, in a ceremony held in the city of Stamford, Mrs. Reyes was recognized by the Stamford’s Mayor office and by the State of Connecticut for Outstanding Latino Woman Entrepreneur and for her contribution for many years to the community.
